How it Works
Intro Call
We'll schedule a quick phone call to chat about your brand. I want to know how I can best serve you!
Proposal
Based on our conversation, I'll send you a Proposal for what best suits your business stage and needs.
Discovery Meeting
To kickoff our project, we'll spend our first meeting diving deep into your business story. I love to do these over coffee!
Brand Strategy
Using everything I learned in our first meeting, plus some industry research, I'll begin to develop your Brand Strategy: a guide to the core aspects of your brand – your values, target audience, positioning, and more.
Direction Meeting
We'll meet virtually and I'll present the Brand Strategy to ensure I've captured the heart of your business accurately. We'll also review two moodboards to discuss visual directions based on the strategic foundation.
Brand Design
Once we're aligned creatively, I'll start bringing the vision to life! Since I've gotten to know you and your business, I can design your entire identity with intention, creating something that's beautiful, effective and uniquely yours.
Refine & Align
You'll receive your completed brand via a recorded walkthrough, so you can take your time reviewing it and provide thoughtful feedback. I'll refine the design is aligned with your business goals.
Delivery
You'll receive everything – all sorts of logo files, downloadable font files, and brand guidelines – in your inbox via a Shared Google Drive (in extremely organized folders, of course).
Collateral
With the Brand Design complete, we can move onto any collateral that's included in your package! I'll design and deliver any print or digital pieces you need to launch your new brand.

Which package is right for me?
My packages are designed for different stages and scales of business to ensure you have everything you need for the season you're in now.
The Debut package is built for solopreneurs and micro-businesses.
Both the Identity and Signature packages can be for clients starting a business or rebranding an existing business. In our Intro Call, I'll get a sense of where you're at and make a recommendation based on your stage and your budget!
How long does a project take?
Typically project timelines are as follows:
Debut: 2 weeks | Identity: 3-4 weeks | Signature: 5-6 weeks
Timelines can depend on your availability, your goals, and my project load. In each Proposal, I provide a detailed timeline for your specific project.
Do you work with clients outside of Huntsville/Madison?
Yes! I can take projects remotely.
What if I just need a logo?
I specialize in complete brand design that expands beyond that single JPG logo into an entire logo suite, color palette, fonts, graphic assets, and more. I want to give you something that's effective and lasting, so that means more than just a logo.
If you're working with a smaller budget and just want something to get started - my Debut package was made just for you!
Do I get multiple design options? what if i don't like my brand?
My process includes a single, full, well-crafted brand design rather than multiple concepts. I'm able to do this because of the prep work that leads up to the Brand Design stage.
By that point in the project, I've spent an hour with you getting to know your business, dove into your Brand Strategy development, done lengthy visual research, and gotten your opinion on two proposed moodboards for the aesthetic direction. I ensure we're on the same page creatively throughout the entire process. Then, once you review the proposed brand design, we have a round of edits to refine it all to make sure everything aligns with your business goals!
